Overview

 O2O Business refers to Online-to-Offline (also offline to online) commerce, a business approach that allows customers to see a product online and to have a look in a physical store. This indicates the flow of online traffic towards the physical world but ultimately customer buys the product from an online store.

The coronavirus pandemic pushed more consumers online—but for those still longing for in-store experiences, retailers needed to refine their online-to-offline (O2O) strategy to open their doors to online shoppers. 

Challenge

How to make the customized O2O business mode for our clients? Different customers have different business models and operating conditions. The trust of customers determines whether the business model can be implemented.

Result

 Customers who run physical lash shops build their brand reputation now. Beforing implementing this model, they only rely on the customers coming to the store. Now, they build brand reputation by combining online and offline sale. They has more traffic than before.

How we did it:

First, we analysis our clients pain, lack of traffic. They only have single business model.

Then, we suggest our clients use Google, Facebook, Instagram to promote her products and make their websites be seen, researched and booked 24/7.

Third, ask clients to improve one-stop service. Online sale offer consumers various selections for goods. And offline store needs to provide chance for consumers to visit physical stores in order to see how an item fits or looks, or to compare pricing, only to ultimately make the purchase online. The goal, therefore, is to attract a certain type of customer who is open to walking or driving to a local store rather than waiting for a package to arrive in the mail.
